Born and raised in the heart of Kentucky, Jalyn brings a local’s love for community and creativity to her role as Marketing Manager at J&R Construction. A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, she holds a degree in Integrated Strategic Communication with a minor in Writing, Rhetoric, and Digital Studies—so she knows how to tell a good story and make it stick.

At J&R, Jalyn helps shape the client experience from the very first impression. Whether it’s a blog post, social media story, or a printed flyer, her goal is to make every message feel personal, engaging, and aligned with the high standards J&R is known for.

When she’s not behind the scenes crafting strategy and content, you’ll probably find Jalyn outdoors with her spirited Australian Shepherd. She’s happiest near the water—kayaking, boating, or just relaxing with a good view (and maybe a snack or two). Passionate about animals, adventure, and all things creative, Jalyn brings energy, warmth, and a local touch to everything she does at J&R Construction.
