This upstairs remodel centers on a full bathroom upgrade designed for better function, cleaner layout, and future accessibility. We’re gutting the existing space and rebuilding it with new framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and drywall to support an Onyx shower system, improved lighting, a recessed medicine cabinet, and updated ventilation. The layout gets smarter with added blocking for future grab bars, space for a vertical handheld shower setup, and a new access panel for maintenance. The vanity area is reworked for a new cabinet with drawers, refreshed plumbing, and improved electrical placement. We’re also replacing the home’s main shut-off valve to bring the whole system up to modern reliability. As with every project, the job includes full site protection, professional project management, and a deep clean before the space is turned back over to the homeowner.
