Harlan is one of our project managers and will be with you through the production side of your project. With over 20 years of experience in the building material industry, it helps him manage our trades and assist on your projects.
In his spare time, he enjoys going to Lexington Sporting Club soccer games with his family, or relaxing at home with his wife and their 2 doodles watching movies.

Randy has spent decades working in the medical sector. He has worked in hospitals, Long Term Care Centers on an Administrative Level as well as various healthcare related entities.

Alexa assists in administrative tasks as well as general accounting duties around the office. She is also J&R’s marketing coordinator and helps answer the phones and schedule appointments.
She enjoys traveling in her spare time and exploring nature, but also loves a night in with her husband and pets.

April is the main point of contact in our office, she handles all administrative duties and schedules appointments for clients that want to begin the remodeling process.
April was born and raised in Nicholasville, KY. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and earned an MBA from Sullivan University.
When April is not at work, she is enjoying married life with her husband as well as hanging out with her friends, family, and her fur babies.

Grace is our Project Interior Designer here at J&R. She graduated from WKU with a Bachelors in Interior Design. Grace enjoys meeting with our clients and helping them bring their ideas to life!
Grace grew up in Nicholasville, KY. She now lives in Lexington, KY with her husband. When Grace is not working, she loves to spend time with friends and family. She also enjoys hiking and playing pick up sand volleyball. We are thrilled to have her on the Design Team!

Lorraine is the Human Resource Manager for J&R. She is the first point of contact for our clients and also handles the administrative duties to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
She comes to Kentucky via Canada and Michigan, and brings with her a diverse background of administration, marketing, and project coordination related to new home construction. Lorraine enjoys cooking for her husband, Adam, and her colleagues. She loves all animals including her rescue cats, dogs, and birds; she hopes one day to have chickens and a goat or two at their property in Calhoun!

Brittney handles almost every aspect of our client’s project. From drawings, designs, getting estimates, proposals, helping clients make selections – she quite literally, coordinates it all.
She is there from the start of your project all the way till the end and always ready to lend a helping hand and answer any questions you may have.
Brittney has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from EKU and an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technology from BCTC. She attended high school in San Diego, California where she became interested in construction while taking a project “Lead The Way” class. Brittney is married, has two dogs, and has lived in five different states.

Trudy is a Project Manager here at J&R Construction. She oversees and manages jobs and helps ensure clients dreams are fulfilled by project completion. Trudy enjoys getting to work in a team atmosphere and helping clients check items off their home remodeling checklist.
Trudy grew up in Melbourne, Fl. She now lives in Nicholasville, KY. Trudy has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in music. On the weekends she enjoys being with family and friends, playing the piano, watching movies, or playing cards. She has a cute Aussie-doodle named Bailey.
